About Rogue RN
Leadership. Advocacy. Truth-telling. Nurse-made.
Hi, I’m Rebecca — a nurse, advocate, and unapologetic truth-teller.
I created Rogue RN after years of witnessing how broken our healthcare system can be — for both patients and the people who care for them. I’ve worked in the trenches: from critical access hospitals and ERs to leadership roles where I saw just how hard it is to change a system from the inside.
But change has to start somewhere. And I believe it starts with empowered patients, supported nurses, and real conversations.
So what is Rogue RN?
It’s a movement, a platform, and a resource hub for people who want better — better care, better support, better systems.
Rogue RN is here to:
Help patients advocate for themselves and navigate complex healthcare with confidence
Give nurses the tools and community to lead from wherever they are
Push for honest conversations and meaningful change in healthcare — even if it makes some people uncomfortable
Whether you’re a patient, a caregiver, or a nurse trying to make it through another shift with your integrity intact — you belong here.
Why “Rogue”?
Because we’re done waiting for permission to do what’s right.
Because leadership doesn’t require a title.
Because change never happens by playing it safe.
